Real life examples of positive changes leaders and teams from other organisations have made to digital behaviour is shared with the group for discussion. The session empowers leaders or teams to make tangible improvements to their digital behaviour and share what they have learnt with others to help improve the digital culture at work.

Following 1a. or 2a. participants re-group to share the journey they have been on to improve their digital habits and get the topic of digital wellness on the agenda at work. Whether they’ve managed to make some meaningful changes or found it hard to adjust to new digital habits, this webinar will help to refresh, refocus and reenergise their approach to tech use at work. They will get the chance to reflect on how their digital habits have evolved - what’s working, what’s not and what could change; hear anonymous insights from others making progress, or struggling; get fresh strategies from Laura to overcome hurdles and make behaviour change stick; further explore how the team can support each other to create a kinder, more sustainable digital culture at work.
