WHAT I DO
I help organisations make Digital Harmony part of everyday working life.
Through virtual and in-room training, thought-leading keynotes and practical behaviour change programmes, I give colleagues the tools they need to strengthen their digital habits, build healthy AI and digital cultures, and improve performance and collaboration.
I support leaders with the clarity and confidence required to thrive in today’s tech-centric, AI enabled working landscape. Together, we develop organisation specific healthy tech and AI guidelines that empower people and create a more intentional, focused and human centred digital culture.
My work is grounded in science and shaped by more than 10 years experience in supporting leaders and teams across a wide range of sectors. Their challenges and successes have informed my realistic, sustainable and human centred HARMONY Framework, seven principles that ensure digital technology and AI enhance performance and employee experience rather than overwhelm or limit human potential.
Alongside training and consultancy, I gather and analyse data from programme participants so the impact is clear, what is shifting, what is improving and where the value is landing. This helps clients see that they are not just investing in ideas, but in measurable improvements.
